I highly recommend Ruby Designs! We rented table linens, decor for centerpieces, and drink dispensers from Ruby Designs for our recent wedding reception. They were so wonderful to work with through the whole process: from the initial consult where we were able to explain our vision and needs (and get great recommendations based on our vision!), the quick check-in call 1-2 weeks before the event to ensure nothing had changed for our guest count or anything else, and the pickup process was so easy! The pictures I’ve added feature the table linens and the nautical decor pieces we rented from Ruby Designs (with floral arrangements from Ginger Birch in De Pere).

I highly recommend Ruby Design for wedding decor rentals! We loved that they had a package with our venue, Gather on Broadway, because it made everything so much easier. They took care of all the setup and takedown, which took so much stress off our shoulders on wedding day. They had so many great options to choose from and everything turned out beautifully. The whole process was smooth from start to finish and they were so easy to work with. We were so happy with how everything looked!

We used Ruby Design for our wedding decor and not only were they fantastic to work with, the actual design and decor of the space blew us away. Ruby Design made it easy to visualize and select our decor by showing us photos and even pulling the items so we could see them together. They used our event venues layout to create a seamless transition between the layout on paper and it being set up in the actual space. With what feels like unlimited colors, linen options and decor pieces it was so fun to get to see our vision truly come to life.

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH! Six months before my wedding we had a falling out with a decor vendor and needed a new one, enter Ruby Design. All of the staff that I encountered were so nice and I truly appreciate that they were able to work with us so our wedding was exactly what we envisioned! Zeb was the best. During our consultation he helped me work through design choices. There was a couple of changes that were made between consultation and wedding day and everything was seamless. Thank you all for everything!!! <3

Our wedding was STUNNING thanks to Ruby Design! They took my vision and inspiration and made it reality. Our guests raved about how classy, elegant and beautiful it was. On top of that, we didn’t have to worry about setting up or taking down which is huge plus! Would recommend Ruby Design to anyone hosting an event.
